Women's Retreat - March 2 & 3, 2012
We’re planning a winter getaway!
Imagine a trip to the seashore – in March! Think you can’t take the time or pay for the airfare?
Never fear – it’s closer and cheaper than you think.
Come away to a “Seaside Escape” using retreat materials from Group Publishing. Come and participate
in a Bible study, a worship experience, and an invitation for women to draw closer together, to be still in God’s
presence and to sun themselves in God’s love.
Date: March 2-3, 2012
Time: 7 to 10 pm on Friday and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday
(Those who choose may bring bedding and sleep overnight at church or go home, sleep in your own bed and
return for breakfast.)
Cost: $12 for materials and please bring one item for a meal such as coffee cake or muffins for breakfast or
a salad for lunch.

Young Adult and Adult Bible StudyJoin us Sunday mornings at 9:15 in the Lounge/Library for an adult Bible study. We are presently studying a book called "Fearless" by Max Lucado. There are 2 sessions left on this book study, ending on February 19. 2012 The study group is planning to start a Lenten Bible Study on February 26 and ending on April 1, 2012 Palm Sunday.
Sunday Adult Bible Study will not meet on February 12, 2012 due to the Congregational Meeting that is scheduled at 9:30 am. Tuesday Bible Study: Join us in the lounge on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. Presently the group is reading Bible chapters. The group is starting with Nehemiah & Ezra. Join us and help decide what book of the Bible to study next. “Parables of Jesus” Study will be on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month from 1 pm to no later than 2:15 pm. Each study will “stand on its own,” so you do not need to be at previous studies. You may contact Pastor Rich for more information. Join us in February on the 9th and 23rd. |  |
Scrapbooking Bible StudyScrapbooking Bible study meets on the first, third and fifth Thursdays of the month. The Bible study begins at 6:30 pm. The group is presently focusing on a different word each session, such as "love" or "believe".

All Crafts Bible StudyAll Crafts Bible study meets on the second and third Thursdays of the month. The group is using the DVD study titled "Real Women Real Faith".
Men's Group Bible StudyJoin us for a Bible Study once a month on a Saturday for a Bible Study. After the Bible Study the group will decide on the next meeting date.
February's meeting will be on February 11 at 6:30 pm. |

On the third Wednesday of the month a group of women gather for a Bible Study
on the Gospel of Mark utilizing the resource from Gather magazine. LaDonna Creel
