Mt. Calvary Clothes Closet

Serving the Greater Wausau, WI area we live out God's love to serve our neighbors.  Free gently used clothes and coats for children and adults are available for those in need. 

We welcome our neighbors in a safe, friendly and compassionate environment that maintains the dignity of each person.

Clothes are available by private appointment by calling the church office at 715-359-4500.  Because we depend on volunteers, we are not able to accommodate walk-in's without an appointment.

The amount of clothing available will vary depending on donations and may include clothing for infants, children, teens, women and men.  A family or individual may receive clothing assistance up to two times a year.  Each person receiving clothing may take up to five tops, five bottoms, five socks and underwear and one coat per visit.

Clothing donations

Donations of clothing in good condition are needed and accepted throughout the year.  Bring them to the indoor donation box in the Clothes Closet room.

Want to help?

The Clothes Closet can always use help with:

1. Sorting donated clothes with others
2. Donating clothes, or
3. Assisting those requesting clothing.

Let the church office know if you are interested.  

During weekdays please use entrance at the back of the church.
